The experience

Explore Dolukanda in the Kurunegala District: forest-covered slopes, dramatic rock formations and panoramic viewpoints create the setting for a weekend of adventure.

The journey combines a guided hike with an abseiling workshop, safety training and a professional abseiling session. Settle into camp for food, conversation and a night outdoors, then wake to fresh mountain air and further exploration.

Your journey

1. Departure · Friday 6 November

   00:00 from Colombo Fort Floating Market. This is midnight at the start of Friday; arrive on Thursday 5 November night. Confirm your meeting time with KANRA.

2. Day 1

   Travel to Dolukanda, guided hiking, abseiling workshop and safety training, followed by the professional abseiling session.

3. Day 1 · Evening

   Camping, meals, evening hot chocolate and snacks.

4. Day 2

   Mountain exploration and professional drone photography / aerial shots, subject to weather and permitted flying conditions, followed by the return journey.
